Mr. Beiss handles discovery, drafting, client communications, and practice management for the firm. He has extensive experience in all phases of pre- and post-judgment litigation in a variety of practice areas, including commercial litigation, class actions, and mass torts. Mr. Beiss is a highly skilled negotiator who is known for his strategic approach and developing innovative solutions to complex issues for his clients.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Beiss worked in political consulting, non-profit management, development, and event management. In addition, throughout his education and career, Mr. Beiss has been extensively involved with advocacy for Israel and rare diseases in a variety of capacities. In his free time, Mr. Beiss enjoys fostering dogs, traveling, cooking, football, and rooting for his beloved Montreal Canadiens.

Mr. Beiss earned his J.D. in 2020, with a concentration in International & Comparative Law, from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. In 2016, he graduated from Baruch College in Manhattan, where he earned a Bachelors in Public Affairs.
